Water Magic is a nice clean 2001 31 Tiara, stored on a boat lift under cover and shows well for a 13 year old boat.
For convenience the Tiara has been moved to Cape Harbour Marina in Cape Coral.
The 31 has the optional Ash interior, option curved companion seat and cockpit wet bar.She is powered with 8.1 Crusader @ 385 HP fresh water cooled motors with 632 hours – Risers and Manifolds were addressed one year ago along with raw water pumps. The vessel has a Westerbeke generator with 179 hours on it. All the canvas and clear glass shows extremely well, the vessel has a fold away extension that covers a good part of the lower 12’ cockpit with side enclosure and aft drop curtain.
On the transom is the optional swim platform with concealed swim ladder, starboard side on the transom is the transom gate. The 31 has a good size cockpit, with the optional in floor storage bins.Froward in the cockpit is the wet bar.The upper cockpit has the port side curved companion seat. The port seat, helm seat and helm all have covers. The helm is in good condition – All the gauges are clean, all the toggle switches are in great condition. For electronics there is a RL80C Radar, Interphase, Standard VHF, Raypilot, ST60 depth, ST60Speed, ST600R.
Tiara Yachts are recognized for a solid, very well built aircraft style windshield. The exterior paint on the windshield is in great condition. The windshield has a center vent that can open. You enter the salon through a sliding salon door. The interior is clean, no foul smells. On the starboard side is a dinette that breaks down into a berth with a Pullman. The Vacu flush head is to port along with a full galley. Owners berth is forward with a privacy curtain.
