This is a super weekender and is extremely well built (No surprise being that she is a Tiara) The 30 Open is a great day boat/weekender. This particular boat has spent the majority of its life in fresh water; she is kept on a lift in brackish water in Cape Coral, FL. The owner has never slept on the boat and the interior looks like new, she has a teak interior with a solid Teak and Holy sole. The exterior gel coat has a shine on it. All the exterior seat cushions show well when the owner leaves town he puts a full mooring cover over the entire vessel. She is powered with Crusader 8.1 Captains Choice with 102 hours on them.
